There was one guy who bought one of the lure kits and he had a 6lb Ferox from Lomond on the copper and orange and he said that lure colour was staying on as he had lost an even bigger fish earlier in the day on the same lure and when i have been out using them i was getting fish on my lures over the shop bought ones so i was quite chuffed at that Very Happy Very Happy

Other comments have been how people like the action of the lure , its all over the place other comments have been they are too violent an action and darting about too much, thats why i did the ones with the Tomic style faces on them they have a much gentler action to them , more of a swimming action.

I am trying to build up a gallery of pictures of fish caught on the Plugs i have a few pics but i am looking for more before i publish the gallery page.

I agree these lures are amazing. The swimming action is fantastic. Keep up the good work James. Looking froward to seeing the gallery in time.

Have still to catch with them but only a matter of time.
Only thing is will have to wait until next season. Crying or Very sad

I have been nagging my good lady to let me get some more lures for next season. I am so impressed by the quality of James lures - they are out of this world - I will definitly place an order in the near future for next season.

James ,
Thinking about ordering some of your new kits of lomond lures , what sort of depths do you get flatlining with them , suppose it will depend on how much line is out but have you got any rough ideas ???

Cheers Dale

Dale when flatlining the plugs i reckon the max depth they will reach will be around 8ft, but it depends on how much and what type of line you have out, 100ft of 50lb braid will get them to the 8ft mark but if you used 20lb mono they will run shallower.

Also if the plug gets down to 8 ft it will be darting about so much, one minute it will be at 8ft and the next at 5 ft and then out to either side by 3 or 4 feet they jump about all over the place, thats what i think if so good about them Very Happy Very Happy

cheers...james
