In a quandary

I am in the "fortunate " position of having three boats, one is a 12ft Walker mahogony on mahogony clinker which needs stripping and revarnishing (one day)
next I have a 16ft Arran and I also have a 15ft Coulam
The Coulam is by far the best boat for fishing but the Arran has a cuddy for a bit of shelter and keeping dry on wet and windy days but at the same time if you are going to have a cuddy it would be better if it was high enough to sit under not just shelter behind ??? One of them has to go but which one ??

I would be keeping the Arran and selling one of the other boats. I have an Arran and would not change it for anything. Best boat out there in my eyes for trolling and inshore fishing.

I reckon keep the coulsam and sell the walker since it needs stripping etc.
